1. Using EarnedSkills

By creating an account or using the website you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Your account

Give accurate information and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. One account is for one person; please do not share it.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

3. Courses and access

After your enrollment is confirmed you can access the lessons of that course for your own learning. Access is personal and cannot be sold, shared or transferred.

Some lessons are marked as preview and can be opened without enrolling. Course details, prices and instructors may change over time.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Bangladeshi taka. You pay by bKash, Nagad or bank transfer and enter the transaction id. An administrator checks the payment by hand, so enrollment starts only after we confirm it. A wrong or missing transaction id can delay or cancel the order.

Coupons are valid only as shown at checkout and may expire or have limits.

5. Refunds and problems

If something is wrong with a purchase, please contact us through the Contact page soon after paying and include your transaction id. We look at each request individually.

6. Certificates

A certificate is issued automatically when you finish all lessons of a course. Anyone with its code can verify it. We may revoke a certificate that was issued by mistake or obtained unfairly (for example by copying someone else's work).

7. Your content and behaviour

You keep ownership of the answers, questions and replies you write, and you allow us to store and show them as part of the service (for example to your teacher and, for discussion posts, to other learners in the course).

Be respectful. Do not post spam, abuse, harassment, unlawful content or other people's private information, and do not cheat on assignments. Teachers and administrators may remove posts and act on accounts that break these rules.

8. Our content

The courses, lessons, texts, designs and logo belong to EarnedSkills or its instructors. Please do not copy, resell, publish or share paid content.

9. Fair use of the website

Do not try to break into the site, overload it, collect data from it with automated tools or interfere with other users.

10. No guarantees

We work hard to teach useful skills, but we cannot promise any particular job, income or result. The website and courses are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit losses, and our responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the course concerned.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept it.

12. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. For any question, please write to us through the Contact page.
